Managing Growth is a strategic business unit of Promotaust Pty Ltd, a company established in Australia in 1985 with a mission in support of Australian innovation, and promotion of strategies including sound human resource management practice, knowledge transfer, program evaluation, organisational review and change, and ideas generation and commercialisation.  In 2001 Managing Growth was established to offer HRM, growth management and evaluation services internationally as well as in Australia.

With clients from a variety of sectors, including facility services, education, publishing and printing, not-for-profit, project management, and retail, Managing Growth provides Human Resource Management, growth and evaluation services that target your issues and requirements.  We are a small consulting firm, with the flexibility and attention that you would expect.  Yet we also provide the benefits that you may expect of a large consulting firm, through our consulting system that features scrupulous recording of progress and process as well as our network system that enables us to draw on specialists as required to complete all necessary tasks.
